How do I book a game with Coke Photography?
For now, please use the Contact Us page to the left. This will connect you with the photographer.
What happens if my athlete doesn't play?
We understand that you may not have any control if your athlete plays on game day. Please inform your coach that you have requested our services. That may help with this situation. You may reschedule, but please reschedule as soon as possible through the confirmation email or other contact methods. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for the rules regarding rescheduling.
What happens if my athlete is sick/injured before or during the game?
Don't worry, we are parents too. You can reschedule with us, but please reschedule as soon as possible through the confirmation link. You may reschedule up to 90 days from the original game day. It also doesn't have to be the same sport from booking either. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for the rules regarding rescheduling.
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the event you will get a full refund. After 24 hours before the event you will be refunded 50%. If the photographer is onsite when you cancel you will forfeit the entire amount. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for the more information.
What happens if my athlete is part of the track team and the team ordered a team package but you were not able to get a picture of my athlete?
Unfortunately, this can happen as track events occur at the same time and will be on different ends of the track. If there is only one photographer that photographer cannot be at two locations at the same time. Our suggestion is that you speak to whomever requested the photography service to see what can be worked out if you participated in the cost.
What happens if there's bad weather before or during the game?
We are prepared to photograph in the rain. If there is severe weather that jeopardizes the safety of our photographers (e.g. lightning, torrential rainfall) then we will reschedule. If the game is cancelled due to weather before or during the game, we will work with you to reschedule as per our Cancellation Policy.
How do you ensure my athletes safety when taking pictures?
To maintain the safety of your athletes and others we do not use flash photography. We also try to use mirrorless camera functions first, but keep in mind we may have to switch to shutter based photography which there will be a clicking sound. This is mostly used in the gym's due to the varying types of lighting.
What payment methods do you take?
Currently we are taking Master Card, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.
Do you offer Digital Pictures?
Yes. After the photography session is complete and the photographer completes the edits you will receive a link to view all the photos. You will have the option to download them. The images will be provided with a photo release meaning you will be able to do with them what you will for personal use only. You will also have the option to order prints directly from the gallery. Those prints are done by professional print labs and shipped directly to your door.
What happens if my athlete makes a silly face or looks angry, can you fix it?
We try our best to capture your athletes best sports moments as they happen, but sometimes your athletes can make interesting faces (big frowns, tongue out) that you wouldn't normally see. Those faces can be captured by the camera and we cannot edit those moments out of the image. We feel that those interesting faces bring your athletes emotions to their game and adds to the value of the image.
